This official disclaimer serves as a mandatory notice regarding the integrity of all technical reports, certifications, and documentation issued by Group Tesla @TN Engineering Co. Ltd.

  • 1. Unauthorized Modifications

  • All technical data, geophysical results, and engineering conclusions contained within our documents are the intellectual and professional property of Group Tesla @TN Engineering Co. Ltd. The alteration, editing, or modification of any result or text by any third party is strictly prohibited. Any adjustments must receive prior written authorization and formal approval from the lead Geo-technician or the designated Project Engineer. Consequently, the study team and Group Tesla @TN Engineering Co. Ltd disclaim all legal and professional responsibility for any document that has been tampered with, altered, or redistributed without our express consent.

  • 2. Mandatory QR Code Verification

  • To maintain the highest standards of security and transparency, all official documents issued by this firm as of November 2025 are embedded with a Unique QR Code specific to the individual project and document type.

    • Validation Protocol: Stakeholders are required to scan the QR Code to verify the document against our secure database.
    • Discrepancy Warning: If the digital information displayed on the official Group Tesla website does not match the physical or digital report in your possession, the document is to be considered falsified.
    • Liability Limitation: Group Tesla @TN Engineering Co. Ltd is not accountable for any structural failures, financial losses, or legal complications arising from the use of falsified or unverified documentation.
  • 3. Compliance Notice

  • NO DOCUMENT issued after November 2025 shall be considered authentic or legally binding unless it features its unique, project-specific QR Code. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity found to be forging or misrepresenting our technical findings.

  • 4. Restricted Use of Official Letterhead and Documentation

  • The use of Group Tesla @TN Engineering Co. Ltd. official letterhead, company seal, or formatted documentation for any purpose other than those explicitly authorized by the Board of Directors is strictly prohibited.

    • Prohibition of Misuse: Our letterhead and official templates may not be used to issue private correspondence, unauthorized invoices, or unofficial technical opinions. Any document appearing on Group Tesla letterhead that does not originate from our centralized administrative system is considered void and fraudulent.
    • Third-Party Representation: No individual, contractor, or external agent is permitted to represent themselves as an official signatory of this firm using our stationery or digital templates without a notarized Power of Attorney or a valid Mission Order (Ordre de Mission) issued by the President.
    • Legal Consequences: Unauthorized use of our corporate identity or the reproduction of our letterhead for the purpose of misleading clients or financial institutions will be met with immediate legal action and reported to the relevant engineering and law enforcement authorities.

Final Compliance and Legal Enforcement

Group Tesla @TN Engineering Co. Ltd. maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the falsification of technical data, the unauthorized modification of engineering reports, or the fraudulent use of our corporate identity and letterhead.

Be advised that any individual, entity, or third party found to be in violation of these security protocols—including the tampering with QR-coded documents or the misrepresentation of our professional findings— will be held strictly accountable under the law.

Such actions constitute forgery and professional fraud, which are punishable offenses subject to civil litigation and criminal prosecution. We reserve the right to report all fraudulent activities to the relevant engineering councils and law enforcement agencies to protect the integrity of our infrastructure projects and the safety of the public.
